Schiphol Hotel A4

The Koninklijke - Holland Beker organizing committee prefers to host all teams in the Schiphol A4 Hotel in order to guarantee the best possible service and price. The 4 star Schiphol A4 Hotel is conveniently situated close to Amsterdam's international airport Schiphol, the motorways and the regatta venue. During the Holland Beker Regattas in recent years, including World Cup II in 2007, and the World Championships for Juniors in 2006, all rowers stayed in this hotel. We are therefore convinced the athletes will be looked after well.

The hotel has 430 spacious rooms and most are reserved for the international rowing teams. Each room is equipped with a bathroom (with bath, separate shower and toilet), television, telephone, safe and a balcony or terrace. Besides standard single and double-bedded accommodation, there are several rooms for three or four persons. Most rooms are air-conditioned. The hotel also has rooms available which can be used for meetings, massages or treatment of the athletes for those teams who request them in advance.

Prices include accommodation, all dinners, the shuttle bus to and from Schiphol Airport. Transport between the hotel and the regatta venue will be provided from the 24th of June until Sunday the 27th of June.

The Schiphol A4 hotel has a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which departs every 40 minutes. The shuttle service of the Koninlijke Holland Beker organizing committee to and from the rowing course will be available from Thursday the 25th of June until Sunday the 28th of June. The timetable will be posted at the hotel.
Full board is adjusted to the requirements of the federations and offers a breakfast buffet, an extensive lunch buffet and a 3-course buffet dinner. Lunch will also be available at the rowing course for those teams who subscribe 24 hours in advance with the organizing team present at the hotel. We will work with a meal card. Every athlete receives 1 meal card for the whole period. The hotel is also open for non-competing visitors for the Holland Beker.

House rules for accommodation:
All accommodation must be kept in a proper condition during your stay. The coach, or team manager, will be held responsible. It is strictly forbidden to prepare meals in your room or to remove any electrical and/or sanitary installations. All costs which result from damages or degradation have to be paid by the user of the accommodation. The organizing committee declines all liability.
